INTRODUCTION
Eveready Manufacturing Pte Ltd was established in 1978 and today, we are one of the largest plastic processing companies in Singapore. Our primary business is in plastic compounding and recycling, supplying both commodity and engineering plastic resins worldwide. We also have a film and sheet manufacturing plant in Malaysia. The plant is able to manufacture LDPE films of up to 9 meters wide.
Our plastic compounding and recycling factories are equipped with a complete range of facilities and able to process up to 1,000 tonnes of resins per month. All our products go through comprehensive and stringent tests to ensure that the quality of our products meets customers requirements. These tests are done by our QC Department using the full range of equipment and instruments in our laboratory.
We have serviced major MNCs as well as local companies. Our customers include resin manufacturers, airline companies, plastic product manufacturers, waste management companies and so on. Over the years, we have built up a very good reputation and trust for our services and quality products.
WHAT WE DO
1) Plastic Compounding
We provide plastic compounding services using prime or recycled materials to produce into high performance plastic resins. We have the expertise to compound plastic resins with the following properties:
flame retardant, UV resistant, glass fibre reinforced, carbon fibre reinforced, high heat resistant, high mechanical strength
2) Plastic Recycling
We provide a one-stop plastic recycling solution to help our customers manage plastic wastes. With our complete range of facilities, we can process all forms, sizes, and shapes of plastic wastes and recycle them into resins. The recycled resins can be returned to our customers or simply sold to other parties as raw materials.
Through our compounding process, it is also possible to modify the recycled resins and enhance its physical or mechanical properties by adding additives. In this aspect, we work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and applications. Our R& D department then will create and test the compounding formula that meets our customers specifications.
All our recycled resins go through a series of tests to determine the specifications (e. g. melt flow, izod impact) and ensure that its quality meet our customers requirements. Our tests conform to ASTM standards. We are also able to produce the relevant test specifications or certifications such as RoHS certification.
3) NIRSort Automated Plastic Sorting System
The NIRSort is an automated plastic sorting system designed to sort all types of plastic wastes. Using the Near Infrared technology, the system can solve all manual sorting problems such as labour intensive, slow, inaccurate and inconsistent. The system has a high capacity of 2 to 4 tonnes per hour and sorting accuracy of up to 99% . The Near Infrared sensors are extremely reliable and able to detect all types of plastic.
The design of each sorting plant is unique. We work closely with our customers to study the types, forms and sizes of the incoming waste stream that the sorting plant is designed to handle. We also need to understand the customers requirement and the plant configuration in order to construct an appropriate sorting plant. Having gathered all this information, our project team will undertake the entire setup of the sorting plant from consultancy, designing, procurement, construction to testing and system commissioning.
OUR PRODUCTS
Prime grade, offgrade, recycled grade, lump or baled of
PC, PC/ABS, ABS, PP, LDPE, EVA, PMMA, PA, PS, HDPE, PET, HIPS etc.
The sources of our resins are mainly from petrochemical companies and resin manufacturers. We offer reasonably priced high quality recycled resins which are near to prime grade specifications.
We also have film sheet such as agricultural greenhouse film, airline cargo liner etc.
